How To Order
Ordering products couldn't be easier, simply add any items to your "bag". Once you have finished shopping, go to the "checkout" to process the order.
Once you start the checkout procedure you will be redirected to the secure area of our site so you can be sure the payment and delivery details you provide cannot be observed by any third party. We use PayPal to take your payment, but you do not need a PayPal account, we accept most major credit cards and debit cards.
You will be able to remove items from the bag or change the quantities before you complete the order.
Postage And Packaging
Postage and packaging is charged at £3.95 per order for UK.
Please allow up to 7 days from ordering for delivery of goods. For any items out of stock we will contact you to advise an estimated delivery and check that the item is still required.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept overseas deliveries at present.
Returns
We believe you will be delighted with your purchase; however we do understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an item. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason please contact us immediately. We will arrange to exchange or refund the purchase price of the goods once they are returned in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging. We will require you to pay for the return postage of any items being returned and, for your own protection, we recommend you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. In the event of a damaged or substandard product, please contact us immediately and we will refund the cost of the return postage and arrange either a replacement or a refund.
The above terms do not affect your Statutory Rights. English Law applies to all purchases.
